Merchant cooperation duties

• Provide complete and accurate business identity, owner, branch, staff, category, service, pricing, policy, and payout information.
• Provide all verification records, licence details, and documents reasonably requested during onboarding.
• Review setup outputs promptly and raise corrections before go-live where possible.
• Nominate a decision-maker who is authorized to approve listings, pricing, staff setup, terms, and operational policies.

Platform onboarding scope

Onboarding may include profile setup, branch creation, category mapping, service configuration, public listing preparation, pricing setup, basic policy capture, payout configuration support, and workspace handoff. The precise scope depends on the commercial plan or onboarding package.

We may standardize formatting, media treatment, naming structures, policy placement, listing hierarchy, and software configuration so the merchant account aligns with platform design, search quality, and operational integrity requirements.

Verification and go-live controls

We may require identity checks, licence validation, branch confirmation, service moderation, policy clarification, or payout validation before enabling customer bookings, public visibility, promotional placement, or payment-linked features.

Go-live timing is an estimate only. We may delay activation where legal, operational, security, fraud, payments, or quality concerns exist.

Merchant acknowledgments

• The merchant is responsible for the substance of its service offerings and customer promises.
• The merchant must maintain ongoing accuracy after handoff and not rely on a one-time setup as continuing compliance support.
• Onboarding fees, if any, compensate setup work and reserved implementation capacity and are generally non-refundable once work starts.
